Hi All,
I have success setup database replication cross WAN.
But I did not feel good about it since I did in on Enterprise Manager guide.
Can anyone suggest the best and safe method ?
It will allow easy to debug?
Thank you.

Setting up replication through the wizards in 2005 is no bad thing but once you have created it you should script this out so that the replication can be easily recreated when required. There are some options which are not available in the wizards for merge replication in 2005 (or i couldn't see them) but I don't think its bad way to setup it up as once you've scripted it out you can make your changes and apply them more quickly and easily.
If you do get repliaction issues then I find this site useful
http://www.replicationanswers.com/Default.asp
But the most important thing is to make sure you have got your backups setup and tested. See the sync_with_backup option in BOL
