  I am trying to publish data from a 32bit windows/32bit sql server to a 64bit windows/32bit sql server (distributor db resides on this one). 64bit guy cannot see the 32bit server, but the other way is fine.

  How do I make replication work.

  This should not be a problem. As long as the 64 bit server is registered in the 32 bit server you should be able to push the snapshot there.
