I have replication setup for 10 tables, if for some reasons it fails replicating data on 1st table would it fail on the rest 9 tables or would ignore and continue with others? Please clarify. Thanks

Transactional replication will not continue replicating if the event of an error. You will need to fix the error to allow replication to continue.
From recollection, merge places errors into the conflict tables.
