Trying to get some info about your scenario ...
1.Are you setting up replication for the first time on this server ?
2.Are you able to apply snapshot when you exclude this table from the publication?
3.Is this transactional replication ?
4.If you already have replication running, then are they able to re-initialize properly? And are you using the
same snapshot folder ?

Hi,
replication is setup & running. i did refresh of publication data and was doing reintilization and generating new snapshot. i tried this multiple times and error comes for different tables each time. did not find any reference for this issue on net. This file it is trying to BCP in is not generated by snapshot agent. I changed bcpthread to 1 in snapshot & distribution agent profile also but no luck.
