Replication failure either publisher or distrubutor or subscriber

    Hi to All,

    I am working SQL SERVER DBA ,Can i want to know if any subscriber server or publisher sever or Distributor server was failed in the transactional replication environment or any type of replication ,My environment configuration is configured publisher , distributor and subscriber server are in different servers if any subscriber server or publisher sever or Distributor server is failed what are the immediate steps we have to perform

    please provide me solution for this

    Regard to your question,give the exact context that publisher server is failed or distributor or subscriber.

    You can use tracer tokens to determine if replication is healthy, if it is not you should check what happened. There could be a very large number of things that cause replication to fail it is definitely not practical to say "the server failed" you need to be more specific about the failure!

    In this regard i have lot of doubts like

    1. If subscriber failure is occurred then what you have to do next?

    2. If subscriber failure is occurred then what you have to check?

    3.what are the different mazor causes failure of subscriber server?

    4. If subscriber failure is occurred then publisher sending articles to distributor , Distributor log is size is growing ,Is it synchronize after subscriber server is online?

    5.How restore the transactional replication and what is the procedure you follows?

    If possible please provide complete solution
