Replication Distributor connection Error

  While trying to setup Distributor I get Error;

  SQL Server could not configure 'Family' as a Distributor.

  Property LoginSecure cannot be changed or read after a connection string has been set. [Microsoft.SqlServer.connectionInfo]

  can someone help me with this?
