Replication

    Good Day we are running SQL Server 2008R Enterprise Edition . We need to replicate some tables to an Archive Server . In the Archive database a table is also stored that is updated by another process. According to the specs

    t his table is not selected in the initial Snapshot and my not be deleted by the snapshot . Is there a way to configure Replication to do this ?

    You can always set up the table as a separate publication with no snapshot. But you will have to do the first data load on your own. BCP or backup can be used for that. This link should point you to the right direction.
