Hi,
We are in a process of migrating from ADABAS on IBM z/OS to (SQL Server / Oracle).
What is the best tool in the market today to replicate the data from ADABAS on z/OS to (SQL Server / Oracle).
Thanks and best regards,

It seems there are any number of tools to replicate data from ADABAS to relational databases. If you need a cross platform tool, I'd suggest you start evaluating the various ones that pop up on Google.
AFAIK, SQL Server doesn't have any tools to handle replication from Z/OS software. It can replicate out to Oracle, but I think you'll need to see which third party product works best for you.
If this is a one time, or rare migration of data, and you have an OLEDB/ODBC drive, you can use SSIS to pull data from the platform and import it into SQL Server.
