I had 2 SQL2K5 on different site, can I repl/sync all SQL Login between this 2 box?

SQL Logins are not "replicable" at least in the standard replication meaning. You can script them out and apply them as you often as you need them though.

Hi Kevin,
In Management Studio browse to Security\Logins. Right click over the login you want to script and select Script Login As.. Create to...

This article also explains how to transfer the SID's along with the logins using a couple of stored procs.

there is just on catch with that script. If sql server logins are generated and you use CHECK_POLICY you will have to modify it a bit
