Replicas in Azure Managed instance

in my environment planning to create Replicas concept for Azure Managed Instance.
Can anyone suggest this is possible or not.

You mean Geo-Replicas for your Azure SQL Managed instance? If its for SQL MI its very much possible to create it in a different region.

yaa i am planning create server A Managed Instance in West US2 and another B Managed instance in Central US.
