replace function

    hi

    we use replace function for one single quote to 2 single quotes then a double quote need how many to replace??

    pls giv me some advice.. thanx alot..

    If you are needing to replace 2 single quotes then just run the replace you already use and it will double to 4 which is the correct thing to do. If however you are using a true double quote you generally do not need to do anything unless this is a data qualifier.
