Removing Server Registration

  In EM, I have many server registrations for server that we no longer have.  How can these be removed from the SQL Server group in EM?

  Right clicking the desired registration does nothing.

  right clicking and "remove resistration" is the way they are deleted.  Anything other than that is a mystery.
