I just installed patch MS09-004 to a 64-bit SQL 2005 server and was wondering how to remove it? There seems to be no known documentation on reverting back to your previous version...

Go into Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs, Click the check box at the top labeled Show updates. Find the hotfix in the list and click remove.
