I am running SQL Server 2000 sp3a and I would like to remove two named Instances. Can anyone walk me through the steps to do this?

Never actually uninstalled an instance before, but I would imagine that when you uninstall, you will be asked which Instance it is that you want to remove.
Also, as obvious as this may seem, backup all your user & system databases on that instance running the uninstall process! Also, make sure you have no other dependencies on that instance such as replication, linked servers, dts packages etc.

You may also want to backup all other databases on the box aswell.....just in case

Backup all databases. We have removed named instances using the SQL server 2000 CD. Same as if you would do an installation but choose to remove the instance.
