how to remove sysadmin from all the servers and what factors needs to be considered while removing sys admin rights?

Ur, sysadmin is a fixed server role and can't be removed. Can you explain in a little more detail what you want to do?

sorry , my question is how to removal of built in adminstrator from all the servers.

you can remove the builtin/administrators account just like you can any other. Just make sure that you have another admin account that you know definately works. or have the SA password handy and make sure the server is not configured to "windows only" authentication (sa wont work then). I would test at least two ways into the server before dropping the builtin admin account.

You can also just remove sysadmin rights to the BUILTIN\Administrators group (after making sure you have another sysadmin login available).
