release date for SP4 for SQLS 2000 -- service pack 4

  Does Microsoft generally give out target release dates for service packs? I've been checking http://www.microsoft.com/sql/downloads/servicepacks.asp, but nothing new lately. I heard it's pending

  What's the best way to make sure I'm informed as soon as the pack is available?

  Does anyone know what issues the pack will address?
