register in output file it appears cut

Hello masters, i have a problem with a ouput file txt that i have to fill with the registers from a table, i have a field of table that is a varchar 8000, well i am using a dts transformation that i move the registers of the table into output file, well my problem is that the field in the output file it showes cut, well the lenght that the field appears is about 255, is possible to increase the lenght? i am learning the help but my boss is pressing to me, thanks for any help that you can give me.
