Regarding Clustering

    Hi,

    is there any way to change Active/Active cluster to Active/Passive cluster and Vice versa?

    is it possible?

    And how to Manually failover one cluster to the other?

    Give me some good documentation on 'how to setup a sql server 2005 cluster when a windows cluster is ready?

    The change from active/active to active/passive is fairly straight forward and was covered in this forum already: http://sql-server-performance.com/Community/forums/t/17534.aspx

    Also there is a decent webcast here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/891798

    beyond that there is soo much info on clustering 2005 out there, google is your best friend.

    Could you please tell me how to failover one cluster node to another in Cluster Administrator?

    Where can I move from one node other manually?

    Hi,

    here is the screen shot of the cluster adminstrator. So plz tell me how to manually fail over sqldba1 to sqadb2. Which group i need to select n move the group?
