Hi,
Please let me know if I´m right with this concepts:
RecordDate.- Refers to the date when the record is UPDATED or MODIFIED.
UpdatedBy.- Refers to the LOGIN used to perform an UPDATE or MODIFIED A record.
CreatedDate.- Refers to the date when the record is CREATED.
CreatedBy.- Refers to the LOGIN used to perform an record creation.

I think you are the right with UpdatedBy,CreatedDate and CreatedBy. But experts will be able provide better explanations.

There's no formal definitions of any of those. Ask the developers of the specific system you're working with what the various columns contain.
