Like the question, made me think.
Almost went for the "both procs" answer - asking myself "what was this person trying to point out here, usually something unexpected". To me getting both recompiled would be unexpected and worth knowing about.
In the end I decided to trust MS that they designed the logical way and didn't have a bug here -- and got it right.
