We're looking for a good tool to replace QA, hopefully soon! Anyone have any receommendations or experience with any good 3rd party tools? Thanks.

What are you looking for a replacement for? i.e. What features are you wanting that QA doesn't provide?
Good Hunting!

I have been using ApexSQL Edit for several months.
It has some very handy additions that make writing sql easier (such as intellisense).
There are still times that I use QA, but they are usually when I must generate standard INSERT/DELETE or UPDATE sql for a table, procedure or function and then I copy/paste that into ApexSQL Edit to manipulate it.

As AJ has said, What features are you wanting that QA doesn't provide?

- the afforementioned ApexSQLEdit
- SQL IDE from Imceda http://www.imceda.com/SQL_IDE_Description.htm
- for SQL 2005 products there is http://www.tegels.org/qara/

If you'd like to stick with Query Analyzer then you might want to check out PromptSQL which adds SQL Intellisense-like autocompletion to QA:
