Rebuilding performance counters

    Does rebuilding the performance counters affect the SQL databases ? Should thee be some kind of tests done post rebuld ?

    It will require a reboot so plan for that

    I mean Yes, it will require a reboot but is it something post which we should consider testing our application connecting to the databases ?
