    Hi,

    I need to create a DTS package to transfer data from UDB8 on windows server to MS SQL2K server. I would like to know where I get the driver, which would allow me to access UDB from MSSQL.

    Hi.

    I've used the OLE DB provider (IBMDADB2) that comes with DB2 Connect or DB2 client. One of these you have to install on the machine where the DTS package is executed. When the DB2 products is installed, the DTS editor easly finds the provider.

    I've seen "solutions" with ODBC System DSN accessed with the MSDASQL OLE DB provider for ODBC, but I don't like that indirect approach.
