Quorum not failing over during SQL Server failover

  I have just now installed SQL 2008 cluster on Windows 2008 R2. When the sqlserver is failed over to another node (Node B), the Quorom is not failing over. Quorum is online on Node A only. I could connect to the SQL Server after failing over to Node B.

  I could not find any entries on the eventlogs. Can any one help me?

  quorum is a separate resource to the SQL Server instance group and wont necessarily fail over with the SQL Instance unless the active node dies.
