Please let me know what tools are available for viewing the cube by the users. When I googled I found that we can use excel. Could you please let me know how I can configure Excel to view the SSAS 2008 cube by the user. Could you send me a link which I can refer to for setting that up.
Also let me know what other tools we can use? Thanks.

there are so many tools used to explore the cube data
few of them are OWC component (now it is excel services),Olap viewer, and reporting services

For excel services, if we have MS excel 2007 is it okay? and how do we configure Excel to interact with the cube, if you can send me a link to refer to that will be great. Thanks.

It's very easy to view your cube in Excel 2007.
From the Data ribbon, select "From Other Source" in the "Get External Data Section." (Alternatively you can use the Existing Connection if you've saved the connection). Then select "From Analysis Services" and follow the Data Connection Wizard.
