Hi,
I have SQL server 2012, which I am not sure if this maters, but it is sitting on a machine using Win10 pro.
Anyway, the last service pack it had I s SP2. SO I am wondering if I can just get SP 4 or do I have to get 3 first.
Also this is a small company and we only have one server. Trying to change that, but right now we only have the one that is our Dev and Prod.
s there aanything I need to know be fore installing this
Thank you

You can do just SP4 - the service packs contain the fixes from previous service packs. They are cumulative.
To be safe in your situation, backup the databases and create a restore point before installing.
