  Hi ,

  1. One sp taking 0 secs in system1 and 20sec in system2. What could be the reason?

  2. when looking into execution plan, a physical operation parallelism is occurs in system2, but not in system1. Does this parallelism causes the slowness of query, please explain.

  20s against 0s is too huge a difference to be just parallel/serial plan. Something else must have changed in the plan.

  Can you post both plans and table/index scripts please?
