Query Store forcing plans

  We have azure MI Business critical in Production and I noticed for a sproc,  MI forced a plan and that was taking 2-3 minutes, once I unforced the plan, it completed  in 1 minute, any ideas if we should remove force plans? also when I execute the sproc it completes in 10-15 seconds, but from api ( postman ) it takes 1-2 minutes, same behavior forced plan suddenly in querystore?

  Sounds like what I've read earlier today about automatic tuning

  Also, when a plan is forced , it is allow to compile longer?
