Query on Reporting Services Configured without Sharepoint

  Dear All,

  My production SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services configured to use the Sharepoint 2.0. In our pre-production environment, I have installed report server wihtout the sharepoint option. Even though everything (including reports) are working fine on pre-production, I have been asked to install sharepoint on the server before the next application release.

  I wonder whether Sharepoint can be downloaded and installed separately on top of the existing environment without any major issues? My server is windows 2003 with SQL Server 2005 SP2. Your suggestions and help is very much appreciated.

  I have downloaded Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 Service Pack (SP2) to my SQL Server 2005 SP2.
