Try changing this:
exec @proc @objname =
@TABLE_NAME ,@updateusage = 'true'
to this:
exec @proc @objname =
@TABLE_NAME ,@updateusage = 'false'
You won't have updated usage numbers, but the output should be reasonably accurate.
You could execute this command at the database level at some time when the load on the system is not so heavy to update the usage:
dbo.sp_spaceused @updateusage = 'true'
