I am in dilema for selection of a BI Reporting Tool. After spending few hours I just came to knew there are following open source BI Tools available for reporting
1) Penataho
2) Jasper
3) BIRT
4) SpagoBI
5) Actuate
But My Primary concern is I dont wanna do coding stuff for reporting, dashboard purpose i.e. what I want is a BI Tool where i can have only DRAG & Drop functionalities to get required results.. Kindly Suggest from above tools alongwith some links for supportive purpose...

Are you already using SQL Server for your database? Where is your expertise at? Why do you not want to do any coding? If you/your users are familar with one particular tool, then leverage that knowledge to your advantage.
SSRS is pretty straight-forward and if you're already using MS SQL Server, you already own it. You can graphically build your queries, but you'll still need to understand your underlying tables and their data. T-SQL knowledge would be helpful.

Is there a requirement that it be an open-source tool? My gut feel is that an open source tool will cause you more coding.
I've not used os BI tools so, sorry, can't help with feedback for any in your list, but agree with pp, SSRS can at least get you started. Whatever deficiencies you find in it will give you a starting point for what you really need in a BI tool.

I'm a big fan if XLCubed (www.xlcubed.com) which is an Excel addin for SSAS.
It does handle SQL queries though
