Please let me know the difference between PUSH & PULL Methods of Replication,, or direct me to some such sites which can explain me the difference.

You can find a good bit of information re. push and push subscriptions in Books on Line. It is pretty clear there.

Short form answer, without the BOL lookup:
Look at it from the perspective of the production server:
Push users the processers/CPU of the production server to 'push' the data sets to the subscriber server
Pull users the processers/CPU of the subscribtion server/desktop to 'pull' the data to the subscriber server
In a nutshell simplistic view that's the bottom line; it also has other things to consider like connectivity (pull is better if the subsriber is a mobile 'come and go' connection with uncertain periods it will be connected, push is better is you want to limit the time of update to when other production server loads are more able to accomodate)
