You can't find the DLL on the server?
Do you have the client tools on your desktop? If so, do a search on your desktop and save it in the same folder on the server.

Yes, I have replaced the MSDART.DLL file in the required location but still the error remains same
and when i click on OK it gives the error as:
TITLE: Connect to Server
------------------------------
Cannot connect to INHYDVED\SQL2005.
------------------------------
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Unknown error. (pfutil90)
------------------------------
BUTTONS:
OK
------------------------------
I have WIN 2003 and WIN XP on my machine. Can this be the issue with ?
Please anyone help me to fix this issue....
Cheers,

Check out this MS Support Article, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842014. It is not about Profiler, but addresses similar issue with Outlook connecting to the BCM database in SQL Server. The dll is part of MDAC and is probably corrupted.
