Hi ,
if we find any issues in (ssas, ssis, ssrs) our package after deploying to the production environment, how can we deal with such kind of issues?
can anybody share ur knowledge on this?

Identify the issues, determine if they can be corrected without downtime, investigate why the issues came up in production only but not in development of uat phases?
bit of a vague question, like: how do I drive my car after I got my license?

SSIS: log errors and warnings.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

Sorry to say, anything can happen. Use your troubleshooting skills like normal to factor things out until you can narrow it down to the likely culprit.
I'm not sure that it's possible to be more specific without spending way too much time. I also cannot anticipate your environments.
If you run into something that you find unsolveable, post a question about that problem. You will get better responses than a vague request like this. It's simply too enormous to answer. sorry.

Hire the appropriate staff and technologies to test, QA, and stage, before deploying, and also hire the appropriate staff and technologies to support your applications after deploying to production.
