What kind of TASK or Job a Begginer's Production DBA should be ?
can anybody list some professional way the job or task assigned to
Production DBA begineers ?

1- Check backup status/logs - ensure all databases are recoverable.
2- Check space at both database and disk levels - ensure system has enough space.
3- Check SQL Server logs - research and report error messages
4- Check I/O and CPU at host level
5- Don't stop asking questions to Senior DBAs.

Everything the Production DBA does but with (sometimes MUCH) more supervision and less pay. And Paul is correct... don't ever stop asking questions of the Senior DBA's.

We have set up monitoring jobs, which will monitor
?Log , data and disk space and send alerts if it reaches a thershold.
?A regular full backup with log shipping.
?Job to send alert if it reads any error in SQL server logs.
?Auditing logins
?SQL Server perf report, CPU, IO & mem utilization etc
