Procedure Cache Size: Monitoring and Adjusting

    So, I'm looking into ways to increase procedure cache size, and I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to monitor it, and how to change it. Can I get some help to start on this issue?

    There are no settings or switches that allow you to directly control the plan cache size. It's maximum will be a function of the max server memory, that's about all.

    What about sp_configure "procedure cache size"? I've found that earlier, but it does not seem to work on my instance.
