hi
i have installed SQL server 2005 Standard Edition to my system, and when i go to SQL Server COnfig MAnager and go to SQL SErver 2005 Network Configuration , i can not see any of the protocols there. I am not able to run SSIS most probably because of this.
Any Help?

It's possible you need to visit the surface config settings.

yeah - in the programs for sql2005 are surface configuration, for example remote access is disabled by default so if you don't set it in the config program ( which is seperate to sql2005 ) you can't access sql remotely. This is somewhat blurred by local developer edition installs which often don't require these settings or accessing 2005 on the actual server!
So check out all the options in surface config.
