Error I am getting is [Send Mail Task] Error: An error occurred with the following error message: "Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.1.1 No such mail drop defined.".
All values assigned to task's properties (email addresses, etc...) are working, as well as the SMTP server used.
Please help.:D

The good news is your SMTP Task is talking to an SMTP server, that error message is evidence. But it may be talking to the wrong SMTP server for your environment. Recheck the address being sent to as well.
To rule out the SMTP Task completely you can always talk directly to your SMTP server via Telnet to port 25; http://support.microsoft.com/kb/153119
