Problem with encryption

  • Hi,

    I can't execute any of encryption commands.

    For example,when I write :

    CREATE CERTIFICATE ElmerEncryptionCertificate

    WITH

    SUBJECT = 'Elmer Certificate',

    EXPIRY_DATE = '01/01/2006 '

    I receice :

    Incorrect syntax near 'CERTIFICATE'.

    I have installed SP2.

    Can anyone help me pls?

  • Check that the database you're running it in is in compatibility mode 90.

  • Hi,thanks for replay.

    When I tryed to change to compatibility 90,I get message that valid modes are "60,65,70 or 80".

    What I have to do in order to change it to 90?
