Problem with Books on line

    I'm running windows XP prof SP1 and when I looking at something in the SQL BOL , I'm always receiving the error message:

    Object doesn't support this property or method. with URL:mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20SQL%20Server\80\Tools\Books\createdb.chm::/cm_8_des_04_77qr.htm

    Reinstalling the BOL is no solution,

    Installing the latest Win Script (5.6) neither.

    Can someone help me to solve this?

    No solution, but it happens from time to time here on NT4. too.

    Update to SP3 didn't help either

    there is a SP3 for the BOL (Books on Line) .. try to download it and then install it ...

    i too have tried to re-install and i still have the same problem. there doesn't seem to be a pattern to it at all, and it's very annoying !
