Problem when taking backup In SQL 7

    Hi Everybody,

    I am getting this error while taking the backup in Sql 7. Can anybody? What is the solution?

    I'd do a checkdb - or is it newalloc on 7.0 ? and I'd try backing up to another drive.

    Hi Colin

    I tried Checkdb no use. Simply i moved the physical files to another system there i did attach and detach it's working fine. I found from microsoft website it's hardware problem.Is there any other solution for this? or can i go for uninstall and reinstall sql7?
