  Hi

  I had problem installing SQL 7.0 Enterprise edition (SP4) on Windows 2000 Adv server(Hp Proliant DL760, Xeon).  When you use the /PAE switch in the boot.ini file, the OS sees 8GB RAM, SQL only sees 16MB. If you add the /3GB to the boot.ini, no change.  If you remove the switches, the OS and SQL see 4GB.

  Any suggestions?
