I installed SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition default instance with domain user account having Administrator priviledges...It has installed all the services(Database,Analysis,Reporting) and everthing worked fine when connecting to those instances. But when I installed SP2 for SQL server 2005 it is showing Failure for Analysis service and the service itself stopped and cannot be restarted.
When connecting to Analysis Service Database it giving error:
A connection cannot be made.Ensure that the server is running.
(Microsoft.AnalysisService.AdomdClient)
No connection can be made because the target machine acctively refused it 127.0.0.1:2383(System)
Anyone has any solution for this.......
Plz help

anilkullam, as this is an old thread, you are more likely to get assistance if you start your own new thread and use english to ask the question instead of text / forum leet speak.
Just an FYI: SQL syntax is confusing enough and filled with its own abbreviations and shortcut words. Few people will even bother to assist you if you can't make the effort to spell out normal words.
