Hi to all,
Plaese help me to solve my problem... I'm a newbie in SSRS. I have a report and it successfully run in BIDS but when I started to deploy it. Error says "Server Application Error"... I've changed the url in default web site properties to home directory tab > (select radio button) a redirection to a URL and type http://localhost/reportserver and checked the A directory below this one.
Attach is the complete message of the error.
p.s.
I don't know where I can find the event log ...

If you go to Start -> Run -> type in 'eventvwr' and check under 'Applications' do you see any related error messages to this particular issue? If so, what are the messages?

Hi Mark,
I've already solved this problem, though there's another problem that I am facing now...When I deploy the report it prompts a Reporting Services Login box which requires me to type a Username and Password which I didn't set or configure when I installed the MS SQL Server 2005. I've searched through the web though I'm not lucky enough to find the solution.
Can you help me? 🙂

I have selected windows authentication instead of sql server authentication..:)
about the site that you said, I've already visited that site though I don't use a Visual Studio 2003...I'm only using SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio... 😛
