Primary & Foreign Key Constraints

I am having trouble enabling a foreign key constraint on a table. Would someone tell me how to do it by enterprise and query to drop constraints without dropping the table?

You will these alternate ways to manage FK constraints discussed fully in BOL:
1. Under 'Index' tab in BOL, type 'constraints';
2. Double Click on 'FOREIGN KEY' and select 'Creating and Modifying Foreign Key Constraints', then scroll to the bottom.
