Does anyone know what is the difference between a regular MS certification and a premiere MS certification? I noticed this terminology on following MS Cert link (the fourth bullet point):

Thanks in advance. If anyone has info regarding certification discounts on purchasing SQL Server 2000, please post as well.
Sincerely
Billy

Regular Certification: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Premier Certifications: Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
I haven't kept up, but I'm assuming Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is considered a regular cert. Anyone?

I believe so, along with the new MCAD for developers.
