Same experience here. Yesterday right after the outage, posting a reply gave me the full error details. I didn't save them as I figured the site wasn't all the way back up yet and you guys (red-gate or steve or whomever) already knew about it.
If I recall correctly it was with the point maintenance scripts, add_postingpoint or something rings a bell...

I don't know if it's related - but I am seeing a LOT of duplicate posts. Including answers of mine to issues now showing up twice. I know we get issues getting spammed over multiple fora, but this is beyond that kind of behavior.

Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part...unless you're my manager...or a director and above...or a really loud-spoken end-user..All right - what was my emergency again?

Yup, Steve and RedGate know about the problems as evidenced by the fact that we aren't getting the whole error displayed anymore. Yup, it appears to be with the points system. Yup, I think it is the reason for the duplicate posts. Any post throws the error, so if you get an error when you post, you do it again and sometimes again.
Also you may have noticed, well, maybe not, that it seems like the email about posts is not working as well, I have not received an email about forum replies since yesterday (July 8) about 1pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
Steve blogged about it yesterday afternoon.
