We aren't going to help you cheat and I really wouldn't trust any dumps that were sent.
You can get some of the practice stuff from Transcender and other companies. But you will have to pay for most of them. Most everyone who has 'dumps' has paid for them and probably won't just give them to you for free.

I agree with Bill. You need to study and go over the material as well as practice using it. If you have specific questions about what to expect, or you don't understand something on the exam, feel free to post, but dumps are a violation of the NDA and you could get any certs rescinded if you are using or providing them.

Using brain dumps is considered cheating and if MS becomes aware of it, they will revoke all your certs and put a lifetime ban on your account.
If you want the certifications, study for them. Cheating devalues the certs for the rest of us who studied and wrote.
