Pluggable database equivalent

    Oracle pluggable databases in a single multi tenant container database looks like a great feature. Is there an equivalent method in sql server?

    Sorry no, I'm looking for a way of simplifying multi-tenant database architecture for SQL Server. i.e. simplifying the approach to housing multiple sets of clients tables in a single database. I believe SQL Schemas are the current approach but the Oracle container/pluggable option looks a much more elegant solution.
