sukhoi971 - you have posted your question in the right forum so hopefully an "ACCESS" savvy person should be along to help you...
May I add though - that an ACCESS db may/can very quickly outgrow the needs of developing/maintaining a job site database and that you should consider switching over to sql server asap ?!?!
